25 Ways to Embrace Your Feminine Essence (Part 3)

Women travel through different moods, they attract, co-operate and listen. Men are linear; they pursue, complete tasks, compete, and take the lead.
By now, I’m 100% sure that embracing feminine traits is the key to more fulfilling relationships, lower stress, and greater energetic balance.
I couldn’t wait to explore the next 5 key feminine energy traits. Here’s what happened:
Cyclical
“Hormone cycles effect mood, energy, and cognition”. — Forbes. Women are different people, everyday.
Why cycles are so important:
Suppressing moods and not honouring cycles damages health. It's a denial of reality that I don’t (can’t even) subscribe to anymore.
Note for guys:
She’s up and down like a yo-yo? Means she’s normal...not “crazy”!
What happened when I embraced cycles?
Journaling physical symptoms and mood helped.
At first, I needed help from doctors and books because I wasn’t raised in the Yurok tribe. (Sadly).
It turns out meditation, exercise, HRT, diet, and supplements are secret weapons in so many ways. Now, with hormones balanced, I feel super good!
Based on feedback from my body, if I’m in a down cycle and need to rest, I TDOE (take days off everything).
If in an upcycle, I get in as much fresh air, exercise, social self-care, travel, and fun activities as possible.
I feel safe now to be in a shitty mood and throw a perfectly reasonable tantrum. Pulling on an old jumper and stewing on my latest heartbreak feels fine. I work through it, and my banshee* side character comes out the other side.
My skin isn’t photo-perfect every day. My hair may be homeless one day and glossy the next; we’re in a cycle, and that is OK!
