“Female hormonal cycles…effect mood, energy, and cognition”. Forbes. Women experience emotional waves, wants, and desires. Practicing emotional awareness, self-acceptance, compassion and authenticity helps us embrace the ups and downs.

Why it’s important:

Suppressing feelings and not honouring the cycles damages health.
