S was also unfailingly considerate. The first time I slept over, he’d bought eggs and an avocado because I’d once sent him a photo of the avocado toast I made for breakfast (and then denied this was a thoughtful thing to do for someone he liked). He “tricked” me into getting my favorite cookie to eat the next day when I wasn’t hungry. Always offered to come my direction, always tried to pay.
Does my dismissive avoidant long for me or am I delusional?
